I want to learn more about the relationship between technology and learning. Technology plays a vital role in our daily lives and with the current circumstances we are all facing, that has only become clearer. Therefore, by enhancing my knowledge in these areas, I am aiding my ability to learn online.
The example of Rich’s son playing a web-based game was an example of interactive and multimedia learning because it created an effortless learning environment. Rich’s son was entertained by the objective of the game “Pandemic” therefore, the knowledge that he learned about viruses was occurring in a fun, entertaining way.Â
A multimedia learning experience that I have is through a youtuber, @taychayy. Her channel focuses on health/fitness. I have learned so much about different workouts, macronutrients, micronutrients and much more. This has been impactful for me because I have a passion for these things so I love learning more about them.

An example of an interactive learning experience that did not involve digital technology was a coaching clinic that I did with my team. Being surrounded by my teammates made the process more engaging and relatable.

In previous classes I have made my presentations impactful by not cluttering my slides, using readable/bold font and eye catching transitions (but not to many). I also like to incorporate different styles of media such as videos, written blurbs, clipart, comics, podcasts, etc.Â
I am really looking forward to the material that this course has to offer!
