I really enjoyed your fourth blog post. Interestingly enough, we did our videos on the exact same topic. Specifically, your use of the modality principle was helpful. Your voice over with your graphic made the content easier to follow along and digest. Secondly, your use of the segmenting principle was recognized. The way that you broke up the different chunks of material made for a simpler learning process. Additionally, your use of the first text box in the beginning of the presentation was really helpful. Maybe if you added one or two more, without cluttering the presentation, it would enhance the students learning even more? Just an idea! Overall, you did an amazing job!

Your blog was pleasant to read and you incorporated the course content into your writing well. Additionally, your video that you incorporated met the criteria. With regards to the multimedia principles, I believe your blog demonstrates the coherence principle exceptionally well. Your use of simple yet effective language helps portray your message. Secondly, the voice principle is clearly active in your H5P video. Your explanation helps engage your viewers. In the future, it may enhance your blog slightly if during your H5P video the learners are given the opportunity to explain the new knowledge themselves. I believe this principle is called the self explanation principle. Overall, you did an awesome job!

You did a good job on the fifth blog post. Your explanations were very clear and related to the course content well. Specifically, your use of the redundancy principle was effective because you did not overload your learners by showcasing the same information more than once. Additionally, your use of the embodiment principle worked well. To tie into my previous comment about the effectiveness of your blogs simplicity, if your face was on the screen explaining the post it may have been overwhelming for your learners. Next time, perhaps you could incorporate the multimedia principle. Although a video of your explaining your blog post may have been overwhelming, I do think a graphic could enhance your blog even more. Overall, you did a great job!
